2. Payment Security
We take your financial safety seriously. Our payment gateway is PCI DSS compliant, and we do not store your full card details on our servers. All sensitive data is encrypted using SSL technology.
This is in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Bank Negara Malaysia’s security guidelines.

3. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing

Once payment is successfully captured, you will receive an order confirmation email.
For bank transfers, please upload your transaction receipt within 24 hours – otherwise, your order may be cancelled.
Orders are processed only after funds are cleared (1–2 working days for manual transfers).

4. Additional Fees
We do not charge any hidden processing fees. However, your bank or e‑wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges – we advise you to check with them.
For overseas‑issued cards, a cross‑border fee may apply – this is beyond our control.

5. Failed Payments & Disputes
If your payment fails, please double‑check your details or contact your bank. If you believe an unauthorised charge has been made, please email us immediately – we will cooperate fully with investigations as required under Malaysian consumer protection laws.
